Acceptance of These Terms
These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of the Edok Studio mobile application, related services, and the website located at https://edokstudio.com. By downloading, installing, accessing, or using Edok Studio, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the app or related services.

Eligibility and Use of the App
You may use Edok Studio only in compliance with these Terms and all applicable laws, rules, and regulations. You are responsible for ensuring that your use of the app is lawful in your jurisdiction.
You agree not to use the app in any way that could damage, disable, overburden, or impair the app or interfere with any other party’s use of the app.
User Accounts

- Reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or otherwise attempt to derive the source code of the app, except where prohibited by applicable law;
- Interfere with or disrupt the operation, security, or integrity of the app;
- Upload, transmit, or distribute any viruses, malware, or other harmful code;
- Use the app to infringe the rights of any person or entity, including intellectual property, privacy, or publicity rights;
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the app, accounts, systems, or networks connected to the app.
Intellectual Property
The app, website, and all related content, features, functionality, designs, trademarks, logos, text, graphics, software, and other materials are owned by or licensed to Edok Studio and are protected by applicable intellectual property and other laws.
Except as expressly provided in these Terms, no rights are granted to you by implication, estoppel, or otherwise.
User Content
If you submit, upload, post, store, or otherwise make available any content through the app, you retain any rights you may have in that content. You are solely responsible for your content and for ensuring that you have all necessary rights to provide it.
By providing content through the app, you grant Edok Studio a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, store, reproduce, process, adapt, and display that content solely as necessary to operate, provide, maintain, and improve the app and related services.
We may remove or restrict content that we believe violates these Terms or applicable law.

Unless otherwise stated, all fees are non-refundable to the fullest extent permitted by law.
Termination
Edok Studio may suspend or terminate your access to the app at any time, with or without notice, if we believe you have violated these Terms, created risk or possible legal exposure for us, or if we are required to do so by law.
You may stop using the app at any time. Upon termination, the rights granted to you under these Terms will immediately cease, and you must stop using the app.
Disclaimers
The app and all related services are provided on an as is and as available basis, without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, statutory, or otherwise, to the fullest extent permitted by law. Edok Studio disclaims all warranties, including any implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, non-infringement, and any warranties arising out of course of dealing or usage of trade.
Edok Studio does not warrant that the app will be uninterrupted, secure, error-free, or free of harmful components, or that any defects will be corrected.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Edok Studio and its affiliates, licensors, service providers, and partners will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenues, data, goodwill, or business opportunities, arising out of or related to your use of or inability to use the app or related services.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the total liability of Edok Studio for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or the app will not exceed the amount you paid, if any, to use the app in the twelve months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Edok Studio and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, contractors, licensors, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, judgments, awards, losses, costs, expenses, or fees arising out of or relating to your use of the app, your content, or your violation of these Terms or applicable law.
Governing Law
These Terms and any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the app will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable in the jurisdiction where Edok Studio operates, without regard to conflict of law principles, unless otherwise required by applicable law.

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Edok Studio regarding your use of the app and supersede any prior or contemporaneous agreements, communications, and proposals relating to the app, except for any additional terms that may apply to specific features or services.
